The Environmental Caucus of the Arkansas Citizens' First Congress is a coalition of environmental groups from across the state collaborating to advance policies that protect our air, land and water.

• Implement the new Arkansas State Water Plan and protect water quantity, quality and aquatic environments.

HB1309: Stephen Meeks, R-Conway; assigned to House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee. Regulates light emissions at night to preserve astronomy and lowers lumen allowance with exceptions for monuments, stadiums, and the American flag.
