Civil Rights and Economic Justice Advocacy Day at the Capitol

  • Arkansas Education Association 1500 West 4th Street Little Rock, AR, 72201 United States (map)

Lawmakers need to hear from YOU!  The Arkansas Legislature is your government but too often grassroots people don’t participate in the process. You make a big difference when you attend, observe and speak on the issues you care about the most.

Stand with us as we ensure that the civil rights of all Arkansans are protected, that every citizen has a voice and equal opportunity to participate in the political process, that the criminal justice system is equitable to all citizens, and that the landlord tenant laws are reformed to protect renters from their landlords.

The power of the Citizens First Congress has always rested in the ability of our membership to come together across regions and areas of interest to fight for positive reforms at the state legislature. We need you now more than ever to send a message to state lawmakers that we are united and standing together!
